Three packages, two priced and one for capacity.

The minimum charge is for 10 children, and the room takes 25.

Monday to Friday

Weekday party

For 10 children. Each extra child is £7.

Saturday, Sunday and holidays

Weekend party

£175

For 10 children. Each extra child is £8. The café is closed at the weekend, so a weekend party hires the whole space.

Up to 25 children, with two hours of exclusive use of the soft play area.

  • A party menu, with hot or cold choices from the kitchen.
  • Drinks, a plate of fresh fruit and snacks for the children.
  • A cake ceremony in the party room.
  • A return visit for the child whose birthday it is.

The booking flow

How a booking behaves.

The booking flow on this site is a walk-through. It shows the steps a real party booking would take, and stops before anything is held or charged.

  • Choose a package and an estimate from the calculator below.
  • Send the enquiry with a preferred date and a number of children.
  • The enquiry is validated and then discarded. Nothing is stored and no reply is sent.
  • No date is held, no reference is issued and no payment is taken.
What a real booking flow would need

A booking is checked against the calendar, takes a deposit, is given a reference and is confirmed by email to the person who booked.

  • An availability source that can be queried by date and party size.
  • A payment step and a booking record to hold against the date.
  • Confirmation and reminder messages, and a way to amend a booking.
